Customer Ratings & Reviews

My previous microwave was too big and didn't work well, so I had to throw it away after less than two years of use. This product fits perfectly, works well, and has a stylish design, so I really love it!

This purchase was so easy. I checked inventory before I went to the store. No waiting, purchased, loaded in car and off I went. Found an installer and we were good to go before Thanksgiving. No installation issues since my previous microwave was the same brand. (A good tip to remember!) So far so good. Love the new microwave.

GREAT price for a needed replacement for our previous, over the range microwave that had died after nearly 15 years of use. Installation was easy. This is a pretty basic microwave, but it does EVERYTHING we need it to do.

I loved my installers who were friendly and experienced, and I love my new microwave! It is big and powerful! Most of all, it truly updates my kitchen with a sharp, contemporary look!

It works good and easy to use. It goes well in the kitchen with my other stainless steel appliances.

It is the perfect unit for the one I replaced. Looks nice and works well. Easy to use and the controls are convenient.

Outstanding appliance easily installed and operated. Many good settings and very accurate. Very powerful and looks great.

The microwave is the perfect size. It looks nice. I like the new features.

Easy to install. Just be extra careful when cutting the installation template out of the packaging. Works great, looks good. It's really big, for some reason. You could shove a whole turkey in there..but that's not what I needed. Mostly, I warm up day-old coffee and frozen burritos.

Excellent purchase does all as stated, looks nice and quiet easy to install and use

I am very happy with my purchase. I installed it myself. The air blower was very easy to modify for ventilating upward. My last whirlpool was purchased in 2009. I am very happy with this current update.

Nice microwave, easy to operate with presets. Good cooking power. Installation was straightforward with cutout guide.

I was looking for an exact replacement of the our previous one (Builder Installed version) of which the door broke. I couldn't find the exact one, but this one is the closest match. That said the installation was super simple because it matched the previous ones and all I need to do is to unscrew the old one out and then put this one back there. I just wish there was more stainless steel on the door with Fingerprint resistant. But for the price I am very happy with this purchase.

Bought for my grandmother as a christmas gift. Looks sleek, easy to use, and was super easy to mount. Whirlpool has always been the go to brand for years in my family and they never fail to exceed expectations. Best buy had it for the most cost efficient.

Machine is working like a top. Easy to use and food temps seem to be right on.

The unit was cost effective, easy to install, and works well.

Works as advertised. Dark interior looks nice. Really wish the industry, or even Whirlpool, would standardize the top mounting location so new holes needn't be drilled into the top cabinet. Nice that you can silence the keypad beeps.

Microwave was very easy to install. Need 2 people as it’s very heavy. Works great. Only thing I don’t like is a ceramic plate get so hot in this microwave that you can’t touch them after heating. Cannot heat on a dinner plate. Must use glass or plastic to heat things up and then transfer to a plate.

For years, I've dreaded the piercing shriek of my microwave's completion beep. It was enough to wake the dead, let alone announce dinner. So, when I started looking for a replacement, a "mute" function was at the top of my list. Enter this microwave. Not only does it offer the blissful silence I crave, but it also boasts impressive build quality. Let's start with the aesthetics. This isn't your flimsy, plastic-clad microwave. It features a sleek, stainless steel exterior that looks and feels premium. The door closes with a satisfyingly solid thunk, and the buttons are responsive and well-placed. It definitely feels like a substantial appliance built to last. Beyond its good looks, this microwave performs admirably. Cooking is even and consistent, and the various power settings offer great control. Reheating leftovers is a breeze, and it even tackles frozen meals with surprising efficiency. I've used it for everything from popping popcorn to heating up delicate sauces, and it's handled each task with ease. But the real game-changer? The mute function. A simple press of a button silences the obnoxious beeping, replacing it with sweet, sweet silence. This feature alone has made me fall in love with this microwave. I can now heat up late-night snacks without fear of disturbing the entire household. Pros: * Excellent Build Quality: Feels sturdy and well-made. * Effective Cooking: Consistent and even heating. * Blissful Silence: Mute function eliminates the loud beeping. * Sleek Design: Looks great in any kitchen. * Intuitive Controls: Easy to use and understand. Cons: * None so far. Overall: This microwave is a fantastic microwave that delivers on both performance and convenience. The solid build quality, combined with the incredibly useful mute function, makes it worth every penny. If you're tired of your microwave announcing its every move to the neighborhood, I highly recommend giving this one a try. It’s a quiet revolution in my kitchen!

really like the black and stainless appearance and found that it functions very well once you get used to the controls that are different from our 15 year old Samsung. Also really noticed that the power is stronger from our older one. Maybe microwaves lose some power as the get old...
