Like it so far- nice for the price. We only use it for heating and very basic cooking. Like the removable grease filter and strong fan works well- though VERY loud. Unlit touch panel so you can't see the controls if room is dark, or low under the counter lighting, is a big drawback. My previous one had that, and I'm finding it really does make a difference.

The micro is so easy to use. It looks so nice in my kitchen.

Seems like a good microwave, inexpensive and heats up stuff. Easy to install. I got this as an open box at a nearby store it was dented they sent me a New one still had a slight dent on bottom right am wondering if they are dented in manufacturing not enough to send it back though.

It is a good microware for what I use it for. It is white which is hard to find these days. It was easy to install. It heats things up faster than my previous microwave. I hope it lasts longer that my last microwave which lasted only three years. It is also bigger than my last microwave. I would like to review this product a year from now. It is a whirlpool which I have had great experience owning in the past. It is very easy to keep clean. I didn't get the extended warranty because I hope this lasts longer that three years and that is all the warranty was good for.

Great looking microwave. Installation was easy. Looks great and its function is very good. It filters the smell while microwave cooking. Bought as an open box for $116.00. Saved over $145.00 dollars.

We had a specific size requirement . This unit fit the space, was at the best price and has nice features. No complaints.

Bought this as a replacement for an eight year old microwave I also bought at BB. Turn plate is large, microwave is quiet and cooks perfectly, pre-sets are great, door opens and closes with ease.

I use this microwave in my RV and we love it! This is our second one of this model. A power surge at the rv park fried our first one. We wanted the same model to replace because it works so well.

Whirlpool is a great brand known for its reliability. If you use your microwave, as much as I use mine (which is a lot), then you can't go wrong with this one. Huge space inside, relatively quiet fan, and sleek modest exterior. The exhaust fan is strong and I built an external vent to the outside wall and it works great. The fan is installed to aim horizontal out, so I didn't need to change anything as to the direction of the fan. For the price, you can't beat it.

Easy enough install, even without wall studs. Looks good, heats well, easy to use features. I like it very much

I purchased the Whirlpool Microwave Oven from Best Buy out of desperation. My old over-the-stove microwave crapped out 3 days before we were hosting a party. We needed something in stock. Getting installers on such short notice was not an option. Fortunately, the directions and template made installation easy and painless. The new Whirlpool works like a dream!
