Great microwave with all the features you will need. We have other Whirlpool appliances and are always impressed with their quality. I like the 30-second feature, and it heats quickly and evenly. The light seems well-positioned to light up my stove top. The one feature I wish this microwave had would be an option to turn off the turntable.

My old microwave died but thankfully they standardized the mounting for these microwaves and this one had all the same dimensions so I could just slip it into place and be done. Works well and hears stuff up like a microwave is supposed to.

We decided to purchase the same microwave manufacturer (Whirlpool) due to the length of time the previous one lasted. We have had it only for a few weeks, but no issues so far as you would expect from a new product.

Really great microwave. I love that it has a shelf in the middle of it so I am able to heat up a few things at once. It is very easy to clean. The included template the drill the holes was a plus it made installing it very easy and simple. i love the steam function for steaming my vegetables.

Works great and has new features that the wife likes! I wish the night light on display was brighter.

So far the microwave works fine. The delivery was not. Late in the day I was supposed to pick it up I called to see if it was there and was told that it was. I drove all the way there on a Friday evening only to be told it was not. I finally received it a few days later.

It’s a basic microwave! No bells or whistles but it heats up well and fingerprints stay off the stainless steel so I’m not constantly wiping down! That’s a huge win! Just happy to have. A working microwave and bought it at an amazing price! So it’s a win!

This microwave has a lot more features than my 20+ year old model (different brand) that quit working recently, but they’ve been easy to learn. The only thing I miss is the one minute timer’s “ding” after something has been cooked or heated. That made it easier to remember when to take the food out. This was a very good purchase.

Really think whirlpool appliances have a classy look, work great and are great value! Made in USA too!

Replaced a 20 year old Samsung over the range microwave. The Whirlpool is much quieter and just as easy to operate. We love our new microwave.

The Whirlpool microwave has been an excellent choice for me. It gets the job done.

I bought this microwave to replace 18 year Whirlpool microwave. The new microwave required new holes drilled in the upper cabinet for the install, which was not a big deal. The cabinet width was a big deal. The cabinet on the microwave bowed slightly making the cabinet wider then the specified 29 67/77 inches making the install a little more difficult. Paper template for drilling could also have been better. I also have some concerns on reliability as after a brief power blip/outage (1 to 2 seconds), the display on the microwave went blank and unresponsive, though the cook top light stayed on. Cycling the power to the unit resolved the problem. I am hoping this will not be a common occurrence or a sign of other issues. Setting the time from a 24 hr clock to 12 hr am/pm seems overly complicated. The new microwave does have some nice features. The sensor cooking has worked great at reheating leftovers. The defrost works well with out cooking the item but is is slow. The fan speed control is nice, but I was hoping for the fan would have been a little quieter.

This is a good all-purpose microwave. The interior is big enough for anything I'd want to nuke. The sound, when it's operating, is a bit louder than my previous microwave but not annoyingly so. It's really easy to clean. I thought the stainless steel exterior would be harder to keep clean but it doesn't show fingerprints. The only thing I would change is the number panel. The lighting in our kitchen is not great, so at night, it's hard to see what you want to press to set the time of operation. The installer Best Buy hired was really efficient and it went a lot quicker than I thought it would.

Love the interior. Easy to clean. Not noisy and it doesn't keep beeping when it's done. The only issue is for example potatoes it's either small or large. I use medium size potatoes so I have to stop it after 5 minutes or it will get nuked. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase.
