I purchased this Whirlpool microwave to replace one that was 12 years old. It was a perfect fit and easy to swap out. I loke the features both the old and new microwave offer.

Great design and great features. The installation was easy. So far no complaints.

After reading many reviews, I figured that you're only splitting hairs after awhile when comparing microwaves. I personally have been happy with my choice so far and have not had any issues. I was lucky enough to buy during the 4th of July sale as well and so I got a pretty good bang for my buck on this one.

It was easy to install on the wall. Stainless steel matches stove and dishwasher. Works easy and heats food good.

At first I was happy with this microwave but after a year, I cannot say I would purchase it again. The first issue I have had is the light underneath the unit does not light up the stove top very well. I ended up removing the light cover and that helped that situation greatly. I originally purchased this microwave because it had three exhaust fan speeds and I was hoping it would pull the steam from cooking much better with the flexibility of the different speeds. That is where I have been majorly disappointed. The fan is a joke. Unless you only cook on the back burners of your cooktop, anything you boil on the front burners of the cooktop only steams up the front of the microwave and even drips off the microwave door onto your cook pot and into the pans you are using which is not much fun. I am so disappointed in that aspect of the unit that I am ready to pull it out completely and put in a regular exhaust vented out the roof and just do without a microwave. The previous cheap microwave I had before installing this one actually worked much better. I guess something just could be wrong with the microwave I purchased, but if others have experienced this, I did not see a lot written about in the reviews before I made my decision to purchase this particular one. The microwave performs okay except for the exhaust and the light issues which are major for me because I cook a lot and usually use at least three of my cooktop burners and really need the larger ones most of the time which unfortunately are in front.

This microwave was easy to install, easy to use the various functions and looks really nice.
