Had quite a bit of trouble tracking down my order after dealing with online customer service. After a week of going back and forth the microwave was in my local store and I cancelled my online purchase and just bought this one on the spot. I’m giving a 5 star because the microwave itself works beautifully and look amazing. The customer service on the other hand is atrocious and needs work!

My research paid off. This Whirlpool OTR Microwave is just beautiful, very efficient, spacious and so easy to use. Best Buy had what I was looking for. The customer service at the Merced location was excellent. The installers were friendly and experienced in getting the Microwave installed. Thank You Best Buy!

This is the best microwave I have ever purchased. I love the sensor cooking and the inside is coated with a teflon-type of coat that is super easy to keep clean.

This microwave is awesome. I like the fact that I can put in something frozen and either have the option to pick the oz of the frozen item to be cooked or just start and it will sense till done. I have used this feature on different items and each item was coked perfectly.

Great microwave. I purchased and 2022 and haven’t had any problems. Good heat quickly. Overall happy with purchase but hate that it does not have quick heat setting like when you hit the number 2 it doesn’t auto heat for 2 mins

It’s a very Good product and i like the colors and stile,design, and I like that no make noise when is cooking.

I replaced a previous one of the same model (out of warranty) because of decreasing lower power output. What I found different is that the lower door retention latch is very hard to close (extra strong spring) and the door only opens to 90 degrees being stopped by the left hand housing panel. Otherwise the microwave works perfectly.

This is the recommended replacement for my previous microwave. It fits and works perfectly. The installer did a great job. I have no complaints.

Nice purchase so far. Wish door was a little more tinted so you don't see inside so easily.
