Replace a 2.0 Cu. Ft. Whirlpool mmv5208wb-1 with this one. Fits perfectly so I didn’t need to drill holes or replace hardware. That was one of the reasons I stayed with Whirlpool. And Best Buy match price, so that saved me another $20. Seems to work just fine so far.

5 stars because this replaced a 6 year old unit of the same size and model number. So I used the same hardware on the wall and didn't have to move any of the backsplash over the cooktop. Taking a chance that this one's magnetron will last at least as long.

This is really sleek looking, works well and can't really find anything that I dislike except I do get a 'door' error message at times, however not a deal breaker. Really like Whirlpool appliances.

The microwave works as expected. Not a bunch of fancy features, which is what we wanted. Just a simple microwave that does it’s job. The installers were awesome. Quick and very professional. Can’t say enough good things about them.

Great Product at a reasonable price. It has the bells and whistles we need and was a direct replacement for the one we had. It mounted on the same hardware and usec the same screw holes the prior one used.

Very good microwave. Had it now for about 5 months. I replaced an older over the range Whirlpool microwave that lasted for 12 years with the newer model of it. I am glad I did not go with the Samsung one that I was comparing with.

Bought to match the rest of my appliances. Looks and works great, easy to install. I like the sensor options for reheating/cooking, nice upgrade over the old one and seems to work well. Got on a really good sale, almost half normal price - very nice microwave.

Love this Whirlpool microwave! The stainless steel finish doesn't show fingerprints. It's easy to clean both inside and out. And it's easy to use for a technically challenged person like me. All of my appliances are Whirlpool. I have confidence in the brand.

This is my second Whirlpool microwave in the last four years. The previous one only lasted 3 years (magnetron issue). Hopefully, this one lasts longer. I like the grey interior of this one (previous one was white). It has a very modern look and feel to it. It does a great job using the sensor to make popcorn.

We were saddened to view a very limited selection of Microwave units for over-the-range until we checked out Best Buy. They had the exact color, biscuit, which has become difficult to find in other stores. They had it at the Christiana location within three days. Installation was simple. A fine unit. Thanks so much Best Buy!!!

Very nice microwave. Works wonderful. The problems I have were the door is hard to shut. You have to put a lot of force to get it to shut. It’s left open often. And I wish the first few numbers were quick minutes. I could just push 2 and have 2 minutes cook.
