Only had this item for two days so far, but it looks really good and is very spacious inside. This is an upgrade to another whirlpool that I had from 2006. The handle broke off. Hopefully this one will go the distance.

I recently bought a house with and older Whirlpool microwave that was experiencing issues, and was a bit confusing to program. I replaced it with this on and it is much more user friendly. No issues at all!

Loving this microwave so far. Cooks everything pretty close to perfect, except popcorn. Keep a close eye on that one. But in general, my food doesn’t come out overheated or dry. Sometimes I have to cook it a little longer than in my former microwave, which was an older GE model. For example, a baked potato took longer than usual. I think it would take about 5-7 min in my old microwave; it took maybe 10-13 min in this one, I think. However, it didn’t come out overcooked or hard. It came out kind of closed to oven-baked. I would recommend it.

Bought as a replacement when our LG unit went belly up. Our Greek Squad warranty only paid the discounted package price so we were looking for an inexpensive option. This seemed to be a good option and so far so good.

We are very pleased with this microwave. It looks nice and functions well. I have not used all the features yet since we just got it installed. I especially like the pleasant chimes, as opposed to the obnoxious buzzer that most appliances have.

I ordered and had it shipped to my home, it had been damaged in shipping. Best Buy stood behind it, offering options repair or replace it. They even delivered the replacement on the July 4th holiday. The 2nd unit works great, looks great. Defrost is a little high but works too well

We bought this microwave 4-1/2 years ago and we've enjoyed having it for so many uses. Easily thaws frozen meats, reheats just about everything and cooks things nicely (frozen vegs, large frozen pans of lasagna, "baked" potatoes, fresh corn-on-the-cob and so much more). We've had 7 adults living in this house and every single one of them slams the door shut! Every time! Its not even necessary. The door shuts so nicely and quietly. After 4+ years of slamming, the door finally displayed a very long crack next to where it connects to the oven and, being that it houses microwave radiation, I couldn't trust the seal any longer so I found this replacement at a great price here at Best Buy. I'm so happy I could get the "same" model installed. The installer, Chas, was excellent! It was done in no time and he hauled everything away for us. Anyway, this is a spacious and great microwave, buy it!

Bought this to replace an old Kenmore microwave that was failing. It looks great, and works very well. The control pad on the right side is nicely designed and easy to use, and we like the upper rack that was included. Happy with purchase.
