Great microwave. Best Buy was easy to deal with. Would use them again.

This microwave is just what I wanted. The only drawback is that the sound level is too low. I wish there was a way to make that louder. Best Buy was so helpful with this - I had ordered a countertop microwave first by mistake and they were very helpful in getting this corrected and getting me the right one. The installer was great too!

Easy to install and works as expected, excellent fan and ilumitation!!

Basic Microwave. It has everything to replace our previous microwave, but lacks a shutoff for the turntable.

Works just as intended. Heats quickly and thoroughly. Door seems solid. Fingerprints show up more on plastic keypad than stainless steel!

love that fingerprints don't show as much as other stainless products shelf inside is a bit in the way have to remove to heat up a lot of items

I am pleased with this purchase. For the money you can't go wrong. This heats up pretty fast, looks good, and just an overall good bang for your buck.

Love the Micro but sure wished it had a lighed panel behind the setting panel.

Microwave works great. Easy to install. Only thing that could be better is light inside the microwave. It seems kind of dim.

First off, we were very happy with the previous Whirlpool Microwave we had purchased about 6 years ago. So, we decided to replace it with a new model when the heating element went out (which is pretty normal for microwaves over time). This newer model did not meet our expectations. It was not aligned properly between door and the keypad area. You could actually feel that problem also by swiping hand on top of microwave. Additionally, the door constantly swung closed which is not user friendly at all and could be quite dangerous for the unaware user. Don't know if this was merely a lemon or typical of the latest model, hence the 2-star rating. It heated food as well as it should have, I might add. Best Buy quickly addressed the issue by allowing us to purchase a different name brand model and sending a professional tech to take care of the new install. No problems with Best Buy.

I like the look and the performance of microwave. I like the sensor cooking .

We needed a microwave that vented to the outside of the house. This microwave fit the need, but our contractor installed it and he didn’t realize that you actually have to turn around the fan motor before you hang the microwave. If you don’t do this, it automatically vents to the inside of the house. It is incredibly heavy and so far, we haven’t plucked up the nerve to take it down and re-hang it.

easy installation, works great. A year after purchase and install, the only issue I've come across is the lightbulb doesnt last on the underside.
