have had no problems with it, with the exception of the previous microwave dying after 2 years use. but good enough that I bought the same thing again.

Replaced the original Whirlpool microwave the builder installed. Love this one, works well and love the fingerprint-less finish!

The installation by Best Buy's technicians was fast and convenient. The microwave itself heats somewhat unevenly, hence the four star review instead of five.

This new microwave replaced my older GE microwave that died for no reason. The install was simple and it's working great! The clock lights are SO freaking bright though

Got a great deal on the microwave but it is a little noisy. Also the display is blue so hard to see the clock from afar. Otherwise it is a good microwave

Great so far had one month now hope it last as long as my last whirlpool microwave 18 years

This is a nice microwave. I bought it on sale (more than half off) and it was an amazing value. I'm not so sure on the value if it's full price.

The first 2 arrived damaged, but Best Buy came through each time uninstalling, reinstalling to replace it. I'm very happy with it!

The 1st one that was delivered was damaged and couldn't install it had to take it back order another one went to store to pick up took a week to get in, hopefully being installed today.

Done in a very timely and efficient manner. I would have the same guys come out because they did an awesome job

This microwave was really great & we loved it. Worked wonderfully. But… it has only been 2 1/2 years since we bought it & it already died.

Current unit still working after 13 years. Hope new one lasts just as long. Use microwave a lot more than oven. Getting new unit before I have problems with the current.

Good item. Replacement for the same item, with 11 years of good service. Slid into place, no issues

Works great and has a lot of options. The fan is a loud if on high loud is the only con.

So far so good. It does not have the express start and the owners manual did not come with it

Was looking for a nice black finish other than the glossy black you see with most overhead microwaves. Love the steel black finish. Microwave works nicely too.

This microwave is ok. Shows fingerprints all the time. Never feels Or looks clean after cleaning it. There's a meta rack that you're not supposed to put in there unless you're cooking two things at once. but you wouldn't know that unless you read the instruction manual.
