    It's got some intuitive features, but the popcorn one blew up the microwave. Take the metal shelf out before you do anything. I think that was the culprit. I wish the shelf was adjustable.

    It is just 2 days before I installed it. Overall it is a good microwave. Light lens is cracked and a screw to keep it in place is missing. Whirlpool should send replacement parts.
