We are most happy with its' operation and the installation we also purchased went without a flaw.

It's a great looking microwave, but it's the loudest appliance you'll ever own. We have it connected to attic vent and it's louder than the previous microwave that vented into the house. The 92 dB exhaust fan always runs no matter what you do. Wan't to heat something for 30 seconds, better grab your ear plugs. If you have an open floor plan, forget having conversation or watching TV while this thing is running.

although it has been almost 4 years to date my microwave broke but it has exceptional otherwise. If it cannot be fixws I would buy it again Great produckt. Things do wear out over time

The microwave is good and so far working pretty good but the problem is the fan/vent attached to it. It is not strong and many times the smell of food is spread all around the house. It is embarrassing when you have guests in the house. The smell of the cooking gets trapped in clothes and the hair of everyone in the kitchen.

Very nice unit for the price, easy to install and to operate.

Pros:Good wattage, stylish, sleek Cons: interior is gray & interior lightbulb not very bright, cannot see from outside to inside to check on cooking process. Undermount light is placed to rear of microwave instead of front or center.

Whirlpool is the best brand for all your kitchen appliances.

This microwave makes even fast food fries, leftovers, etc. taste VERY close to fresh, also my dad put butter with aluminum foil and it sparked up but did not blow up and still works great!!!

Works great until it doesn’t. We bought 1 only lasted 1 year & we bought it again and it stopped working after only 5 years.

Lighting for range is minimal and set back too far. Clock is also very difficult to read because of dim numbers. Good microwave, but there are a lot of options out there. I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

Cooks in half the time of my old one. No burning either.

Dont purchase this. They take ypur money, tell the date to pick up in store, then the very next day tell you it's unavailable for pickup on the day they said but they're working on seeing when it will be ready and will email me. Then not another word from them yet and its been over a week

I love this microwave. It’s variety of functions do everything I need.

When I first brought it the metal rack would spark so I took it out. I have had the item for five years now and have noticed the lining on the inside is breaking away.

Worse than poor. Do yourself a favor and don't buy this microwave or anything Whirlpool for that matter. We purchased same microwave in July of 2022. We have had 4 service calls, each time they come out have to order a part and its weeks before they come out to install and the microwave still doesn't work. Just called Whirlpool again and they informed us it is no longer under warranty. The unit is garbage and they won't replace the unit. At the same time we purchased a Maytag refrigerator. Have had at least 4 calls on the regrigerator; same scenario. Doors do not line up evenly, doors swing fully open (not level) and all they can say is there is nothing they can do about it; no way to level it to prevent it from happening. Amazing I have same refrigerator in a different location and now issues. The company they have servicing their faulty equipment are rude and could care less if they fix the product.
