nice enough but I really never use it .... it fills the space fine

Under normal conditions, the Microwave should be protected with a layer that prevents metal from getting rusted. In my case, this Microwave is already corroded from the inside after a few months of usage. I'd not recommend a product like this since it's not cheap to buy and also hard to get it to fix. Also, there is no other way to get it replaced or refunded. I hope BestBuy can provide something for the lost, or just a replacement for a good one.

Small but my popcorn maker fits perfectly. Just bought one for my daughter

Control board is not backlit and hard to read. End color is black and does not match their gray sided refrigerator. Lights are very low quality and do not light up the stove top well.

Cheaper than expected, the push buttons were cheap and made noise

The microwave looks good but that's about the only positive things I can say. There are no quick commands (like hitting the number 3 for 3 minutes) which was a feature my 15 year old microwave had. Also this model (among others from Whirlpool) are know to have the screens go black randomly then come back on which is very frustrating. My microwave is less than 12 months old. Whirlpool hasn't fixed this issue for years now. Also Total Tech is frustrating to deal with. I would not buy this model nor would I get it from Best Buy.

Worst microwave ever! I’ve had it just over a year, it started sparking for no reason and hasn’t worked since. I could hear the wires inside like they got to hit or something. No way it should be worthless after 1yr. Make sure to get the protection plan if you have to get this one! I normally love whirlpool but I guess they don’t make products like they use too!

Light above stove won't turn off. The display will cycle through hi/lo/off, but the light stays on. This started after about 3 months.

If I could give a this microwave a 0/5, I would. I have only had my microwave 11 days. It is no longer heating up food. Put a package of green beans in a steamer bag..pulled it out after 5 1/2 minutes and they were still partially frozen. Will be contacting Best Buy tomorrow for a refund and for someone to come out and remove it.

Ordered on October 3 , 2024, for pick up on October 15. Received text saying item was delayed. If you do not have an item in youe database for sale but you cannot fulfill the order then take the item out of your database!

Microwave sensor is great. Food is cooked thoroughly.

It was working fine until about a month after the 1-year warranty expired, then it would occasionally lose power. A technician came to the house for $130 but couldnt diagnose anything. And now it is completely dead. I know this model had good reviews so I guess we just got unlucky. We will try Samsung for our next.

This microwave oven can quickly heat and makes good popcorn

We were happy with the appliance until it made some popping noise and smoke started coming out of the top. I had bought the microwave a while ago and it was sitting in the box; the incident happened within 50 days of installing it. The repair guys said there is corrosion and needs the capacitor and transformer changed.

Fine microwave good value for price works good not too loud

I am thoroughly disappointed in this and my other whirlpool appliances. I bought a full kitchen about 5 years ago. This microwave, along with matching stove, fridge and dishwasher. We are on the 3rd microwave so far. No longer under warranty. So it’s cash out of pocket. Fridge broke, stove grate broke, stove knobs falling off. Etc. find another brand or plan to buy the longest extended warranty they offer.

We purchased this and had it installed in April 2018. The technology is great but the microwave has already stopped responding and will not power up as of November 2018. Before it died, there were times when you have to give it a few minutes to react. Based on previous service history with Best Buy, we're dreading even trying to get it serviced.

I could not be happier with this microwave. Everything about the purchase, down to finding the microwave that matched my old one in size, the delivery and installation was so easy and professionally handled. The sales lady that helped me was so good at helping me find exactly what I was looking for. it works so well and is easy to operate. The installation was so efficient and my technician was so helpful in showing me how to operate the microwave.
