So far this is a great microwave and was easy to install.

This microwave is so much more powerful than our previous counter top model. It's middle rack enables us to heat up several things at once. This is critical when you're in long commutes most days. It's been easy to clean, and best of all it's lived up to the advertisements.

It's a nice, easy to use, appliance withe a two shelf feature. Love it.

Loving this microwave so far. Cooks everything pretty close to perfect, except popcorn. Keep a close eye on that one. But in general, my food doesn’t come out overheated or dry. Sometimes I have to cook it a little longer than in my former microwave, which was an older GE model. For example, a baked potato took longer than usual. I think it would take about 5-7 min in my old microwave; it took maybe 10-13 min in this one, I think. However, it didn’t come out overcooked or hard. It came out kind of closed to oven-baked. I would recommend it.

We believe that this unit is a great value for the money compared to others in the market. And it is so easy to install, that my wife did it to surprise me. She has zero mechanical skills (well, I guess that she does now!)!

Excellent product! Very easy to install. Sense cooking is the best.

Works good so far but haven't had it very long. Had another one just like this one and only lasted about 3 1/2 years so hoping this one lasts a lot longer. Has lots of features. The fan on this one is a little nosier than the last one.

Only had this item for two days so far, but it looks really good and is very spacious inside. This is an upgrade to another whirlpool that I had from 2006. The handle broke off. Hopefully this one will go the distance.

We are very pleased with this microwave. It looks nice and functions well. I have not used all the features yet since we just got it installed. I especially like the pleasant chimes, as opposed to the obnoxious buzzer that most appliances have.

Very satisfied with this microwave. Heats evenly, easy to operate, and has a pleasant sound to let you know when it's finished instead of an annoying beep.

I replaced my old over the range microwave by this one. It is similar model to my old one. The installation is easy and straight forward but did require 2 people to install. It cannot be done by one person. The performance is good. The audio seems not louder and not as good as old one. Overall it is a good one.

Microwave works great. Have used many of the features like melting butter. Fan seems pretty quiet and light 3 brightness levels. The microwave is sleek and looks great above my stove. I am very happy with my purchase.

This is a great microwave that has preset settings and sensors so you don’t over cook anything. I even defrosted a chicken breast without cooking the sides!!
