    It looks good, and when it's working it works well. However after only having it installed for a couple of weeks, it stopped working. It totally turned off for a couple of hours, came back on and worked for another 2 weeks. Then the clock would turn off when I would turn the fan off, and now after only having the microwave installed for a total of 6 weeks, it has totally stopped working. Luckily Best Buy is very easy to deal with and it will be replaced quickly. Hopefully the new one will be better.

    It's got some intuitive features, but the popcorn one blew up the microwave. Take the metal shelf out before you do anything. I think that was the culprit. I wish the shelf was adjustable.
