Did not last one year

The technology is great but the microwave has already stopped responding and will not power up as of November 2018. Before it died, there were times when you have to give it a few minutes to react. Based on previous service history with Best Buy, we're dreading even trying to get it serviced.

Have to wait month and half to get new one installed? Still 2 weeks away. Made purchase in Nov 29. Terrible service.

Light bulb blew on the first day!

Scared the crap out of me as I was cooking at my stove when this happened! My husband thought we could just replace the bulb and it would be fine. We purchased a new bulb and now the light won't turn off. What a piece of garbage!! So now as a customer I'm inconvenienced yet again. I'd like a new one as this one is a lemon! I just purchased a new Whirlpool oven from Best Buy and I wanted it to match. I don't recommend!

I only purchased a third b/c it fell into my credit card’s extended warranty so they paid for it. These microwaves just stop working. Each one broke following a “zap” & flash while heating something inside. Poorly made. Very disappointing.

It would cost more than I paid to have it fixed. It worked great while it was working which is why I gave it 2 stars.

Piece of Junk

You don’t know it’s not working until you grab cold food out of it. Started happening just outside manufacturers warranty. Do not buy this crap.

Died in less than a year

It sparked with the metal tray in it a couple months after install so we removed the tray. Two days ago, it stopped working while I was heating something up.

Should have known better after the last one blew up after only 1 year. I rarely use it and the turntable is already not functioning. I’ve trying to power on and off and it still isn’t working. Save yourself the time and money. Buy something else!

Bad Experience

I have got it replaced twice as the Microwave was damaged in the box itself. I am waiting for the new piece to arrive because the item is back-ordered and currently managing with a slightly damaged one.
