At the cost of this particular oven, I would expect the control manual to be included for ease of learning to use and not have to print it off myself. The air fry feature should be ready for use and not have to be downloaded from an app at a later time. Great space with tons of room and features to choose from.

Bought an “open box” which actually was the floor model. It did not work. Parts ordered 14 days, then 21 days, then 4 months. Returned this one. Bought a new one for more than twice the price. Installation day delayed 3 times. 2 times - no reason. 1 time - damaged in transit. No oven for over 2 months! Best Buy provided some compensation, but not enough to make up for no oven at Thanksgiving or Christmas. Vowing to never purchase an appliance from Best Buy again!
