Delivery was easy. This was shorter than one we had originally before we moved, but same cu/ft. 3 wire racks aare included. wish they had done 4 just in case, but i see someone used wired closet shelving to make one instead. Its air cooled, do each individual shelf doesnt freeze itself.

Great product! Arrived quickly and in perfect shape. Works as advertised and looks great in our garage. Love not having to dig into my chest freezer to find things. Everything is organized and in plain sight now.

This freezer is a revelation! My food has never been kept colder. Burger patties are frozen harder than hockey pucks. Is it a fish stick or an ice pick? Shelving is great and there’s plenty of room. Solid freezer.

I bought this freezer for my garage. It was one of the few that wasn't a convertable refrigerator/freezer, which would not work in the garage. So far, it works well. I do wish it had drawers on the bottom, which I believe are available on the larger model.

Delivery, setup, freezer, 5 star. Freezer is very quiet

Does what it is designed to do. The channel in the back to distribute the cold air seems like it takes up a lot of room and the shelves are shortened to work around that. Not sure if that is taken into account in the cubic feet calculation. We've had it 2 months with no issues.

I would of given it 5 stars but it came with a scratch and tiny dent in the side of it. I still decided to keep the freezer because with I called customer service and they gave me an additional $200 savings of course I had to convince them....lol! I love this freezer I can see everything no more digging for your food. I had a freezer chest before but I gave it to a friend that needed a freezer.
