Goot this freezer because I need more storage space. Nice unit for the price.

This freezer was similar to the one we had before. Some new features and a more modern design. It was hard to determine if it had a locking door because it was not specifically mentioned. It does have a locking door which is a good feature.

I've only had the freezer for a few weeks but it is working great. I really like the interior setup. I've seen some reviews where another shelf is requested. That would be helpful but we're not having any issues with just the number of shelves that came with it.

My freezer was damaged during the installment. I was told that the report that I saw the delivery man wrote, was NOT reported. I want it returned and a full refund. It needs to be picked up, as it was delivered. I have tried to reach someone, but has been unsuccessful. The Best Buy refund page does not give an option for very large items that were delivered.

At the beginning of the COVID-19 shut down - I decided that hoarding items in a freezer (i.e. toilet paper and other various items) was essential to life, liberty and the pursuit to use the bathroom.

Exactly what we expected from a name brand appliance. The delivery and installation was very professional. The delivery people even made sure the freezer was level.

Live it. Better then a chest freezer for me. I had a chest freezer and could never get to bottom of freezer.

I love this item, I went to store look at it and the lady ordered on line for me. Within two days , Best Buy delivered to my house . I like it with a extra key to lock it.

Very nice freezer. Prompt delivery. Excellent price. I wanted a larger freezer but none were available at the time I bought it. Other vendors had a back order on all freezers for several months.
