I only wish I could rate Zero stars. While the upright freezer is still functioning well (so far!) it was delivered with multiple dents in the unit itself and the installation crew put several gouges in our walls as well as our hardwood stairs in removing the old freezer and installing the new one.
I would never, ever, never (!) purchase Appliances for delivery from Best Buy again. We only accepted the order because we had a couple 100 lbs of frozen food that we needed to immediatley get back into a freezer after our old one broke down.
I submitted a review just like this immediately after delivery and never heard a single word back from Best Buy other than "Thank your for your review". They are bad news!

Nice standup freezer

I am really enjoying this freezer. I had a chest freezer, and this is much better for organizing items.

The freezer works well however upon installing the door handle the factory had cross threaded a grommet, I had to re-tap and install. Unfortunately I can't even blame foreign Craftsmen. American industries quality has really taken a downturn. People take pride in your work.
