This freezer replaced our old chest freezer. I love this new freezer. Looks so good it could be placed in your kitchen. Nice looking appliance. Freezes really good. It holds a lot of food. Very pleased with this freezer. Easy to place food in and know where it is when you want it.Even the door itself holds a lot of food.

Love the space and multiple shelves and door storage. Delivery was delayed because of weather issues and that was the only problem as I had food that needed to be frozen right away.

Perfect size and plenty of shelves and containers to store. Anything that you need with great efficiency!

This freezer replaced the one we had for over twelve years. It is larger, quieter, and operates more efficiently than our previous freezer. At this point we are very happy with our purchase. We included a Best Buy 3 year warranty for an added level of confidence.

It seems to work well. This is our first upright freezer after replacing a Kenmore 45 year-old chest freezer (which still works) and we like it. Everything stays frozen.

It is a great price, after searching multiple places. We choose to pickup at the store and they were quick to get it in and picking up was quick and easy. It works great.

Seems everyone wanted a freezer during this pandemic. Our old one bit the big one, and we needed to replace it. Best Buy seemed to be the only source that was getting regular shipments of appliances, so decided to purchase from them. I can't say that I like this freezer as well as the one that we had previously. Not only is it slightly smaller, but has vents on the back wall, one for each shelf that must not be covered to insure that the freezer operates well. This makes restocking the freezer slightly more difficult than before. I must take responsibility for not researching the unit better before I purchased, or frankly, I wouldn't have chosen this due to the "vent" issue. Overall, it does a great job in keeping the food products frozen, and ultimately serves the purpose.

I am replacing a 16 year old Whirlpool 20.3 freezer.. I like the quick freeze, the temperature alarm( which I had on my prior freezer) that saved me from losing food by letting me know the temp had risen. Wish they made a 20.3 with these same features. It has a lot of storage, racks adjust easily, does what it is suppose to do. WIsh it had a little light on the front, so you know it is running. Extremely quiet

This freezer is nice and spacious. It freezes well is is pretty quiet. The Best Buy delivery team did a great job bringing it inside, putting it where we needed it, and explaining the startup process!

So far so good. It replaced a large Kenmore freezer I had that failed after 7yrs. I use it to store large and small item foods like fish, whole turkeys, wild game, fresh cut veggies I pakage myself, slabs of pork and beef ribs, as well as chicken legs, thighs, wings and breasts in bulk. Boxes of meat and sausages in super market packaging...

Nice freezer. Bought this frost free one to replace our old Woods unit that has been in our garage for 20 years. Still worked great, but was tired of defrosting the ice buildup. Chose this one for the price point as it was on sale. So far, no frost, and I really like the multiple shelf configurations this one has. It runs very quiet, and so far is pretty energy efficient. Not sure why there is a “butter” compartment on the door, seems to take away from some usable space there. The lower door compartments are a little thinner and hold a frozen pizza and quiche rather well and out of the way. The slide out basket drawers are useful, and seem sturdy. I would have liked an analog control knob for the temperature, or some sort of adjustment. There is no temperature display, only one, two, or three snowflake lights as a gauge. The low temp alarm could be louder. It is supposed to be an alarm, after all to alert you. Overall, I am happy so far.

Love it! I brought this upright freezer to replace an 20 something years old upright. This new model has much more storage room with door shelves and a large drawer at the inner bottom of the freezer. A cool plus is the alarm, as i have accidentally left the door partially opened or the freezer just stuffed and the door pops open without our knowledge. The alarm just continues to beep. Also, is there is a temperature issue the freezer will beep to get you to correct it. Again, i love it!! If you need an upright affordable frost free freezer this is it.

This freezer provides tremendous space and organization for our frozen foods. Runs very quietly.

Quiet, freezes great, doesn't run often. Seems to be very efficient. Lots of room to organize andfind all items easily once they are put in.

I replaced a chest freezer with this upright freezer. Finding items in my new Whirlpool upright is SO much easier than finding items in the chest freezer. The Whirlpool upright is also frost-free which is a BIG plus for me. I have only owned my upright freezer for about a couple of months so don’t know how it will last. I like it a lot so far.
