Not Happy

The light keeps coming on that says, “Over Temp Alert”, and it’s unthawing my food. I have done everything the manual said and I even googled it, but it’s not working. Not a happy camper.

Good freezer

The seal on the freezer is not good at all. He “fixed” it but it defiantly leaks so there’s ice forming in the top corner due to air coming in so over not happy that it’s not getting fixed and the seal is bad since day one

Bad customer service and product

My freezer is not working and the cannot replace it I have 10 year full warranty. Have to wait 11 more day for someone to come out and fix the problem while I am stuck without a freezer. Please do not purchase appliance from them.their wait time to speak to some one is 1 hour and when the try on come on then they hang up that bad customer service.

Customer support was an insult. 14hrs on the phone. I will never ever do business with you again. Have a nice day. The audio quality on your hold music sucked too.

Dissapointed

It was an issue with the freezer and not loss of power.
