Great value. Fit perfectly. Nice storage and love that ice is on freezer door.

I researched many counter depth refrigerators and decided on this one. I reviewed comments and recalls and talked to a few repair people and this came out as one of the top choices. The water dispenser took 4 days to flow. Even the tech wasn't sure why but it makes ice now and I have water. Counter depth does mean a reduction in space, so it's a trade off but works just fine for me.

This product is great. Runs quiet and has a ton of room for all my groceries.

Both the fridge and the the freezer basically have missing shelves and also large lighting fixtures. Our prior fridge was a whirlpool so we were able to use a door shelf from the old in the new but solid white and not clear like the new. Also in the fridge is this giant lighting fixture which seems to have been designed to not let quarts of milk and 2 let bottles fit there. Freezer had to make two shelves from plexiglass cause not included. Also another large lighting fixture which we removed to allow us to fit decent sized items there. Also the ice make shutoff is located in a spot where you have to remove the the ice dispenser to shut off. But it does work and look good and also fits nicely so I am happy with it.

This refrigerator is an excellent quality and craftsmanship. This will last many years to come and for the whole family to enjoy using.

This is a decent CD fridge, with some caveats. First, it is short on shelving, which I recommend purchasing the OEM product from a supplier other than Whirlpool to reduce the price. I added an upper freezer shelf, W10527848, and a 7" deep door bin for the refrigerator, W10527271, and paid less than Whirlpool's retail price. Whirlpool should not have shorted this product in shelving, but if you like the product otherwise, this is a way to remedy that. Secondly, the ice maker is very loud, so loud that I have to turn it off before I go to bed. The compressor can also be loud as the door is opened and right after it closes, but this is brief.

No issues so far. The fridge's quiet and there's lots of space!

This is a basic, nothing fancy refrigerator. I like the side by side doors which makes it easier to find food. Ice and water dispenser is good but water is not cooled. Overall I like this fridge and it was a good deal.

i needed a under cabinet refrigerator. This one works great,however, when ice is being dropped into basket on door wakes me up at night it is so loud. The manual said it would stay on longer because it is energy effecient,but it seems to stay on forever. The compartments on door are not consumer friendly.

Replaced an older larger fridge with this one. The layout is perfect and it really doesn't seem That much smaller than our old one.

Replaced a 24 year old fridge, so this is a joy! Bright interior lights and glass shelves a plus. Dismayed that it is NOT ENERGY STAR. Getting used to the shelf configuration. They cannot be adjusted, and some offer so little height that barely anything can fit. The door is the only place that can accommodate a wine bottle standing up. Love the spacious freezer. Looked at a few counter depth models and this provided the most freezer space. Smaller, strange shaped ice cubes but I love how easy it is to take out the whole cube receptacle and replace it. Water coming out is not as cold as I would like. The fridge sure is noisier at times than my old one. But all in all, I am thrilled to have my new fridge. Just wish warranties were longer than one year. It doesn't inspire much confidence and makes me think I need to buy a little backup fridge for the basement. Definitely bought the 5 year Geek Squad warranty. Wasn't happy with Best Buy's frequency of rescheduling deliveries or the robo calls that make you call back instead of connecting you directly to a customer service rep. Delivery guys were professional and efficient.

Really like the side by side.looks great in my kitchen.

We bought this because it was on sale and counter-depth. Doors aren't flush with each other and it's small - not much room for large items - but it's good for a small family. The ice maker is loud, if noise is an issue.

Only two of us living in the house but great for the space in our new home. Ample space for all of our groceries, fits a pizza box in the freezer but gotta stand up on it's side. Looks great and definitely fits the need.

Best value for a counter-depth refrigerator. Separate ice and water dispensers are convenient. Excellent lighting. Compressor sometimes slightly louder than others, but not annoying. Overall a very good value.
