When I do it takes forever to reach temperature and always underbakes everything. Example: Easter-biscuits didn’t rise and were still doughy after baking a long time. Think the oven temperature needs to be readjusted or recalibrated or maybe it’s a dud! Please advise what to do. Do I call the Geek Squad that does ovens or my local appliance repair company? Please reply I did buy insurance with it when Inpurchased oven. I’ve but many products from you in past months and have been very satisfied.

Very bad practice to tell someone at the the store one thing and 30 minutes lasted receive am email with no definitive answers. also i tried to call, i was passed around from one person to another and finally got a very sarcastic rude individual who didn’t know or was trained i. finances!

It does not maintain the temperature after preheating. I'm hopeful that this is just a defective product and that it can be replaced, but disappointed that these issues are not caught during manufacturing. Last time I buy whirlpool...

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great oven even though it lacks some bells and whistles. Cooks evenly and holds a accurate temp. Be aware that there is a cooling fan that runs while in use and continues to run for a period after cooking is complete. It exhausts out of the bottom front and I believe it is for keeping electrical components cool while preheating and cooking.

Not a good oven!

It takes a long time to reach temperature. If I put food in it as I preheated, it took over an hour to come to temperature. Once at temperature, it didn't cook the food well. I tired turning up the temperature and then the temperature display suddenly went down from 180C to 155C and said pre-heating. I don't think it ever actually reached the temperature I wanted, even though it said it did. After waiting a really long time for the food to cook, it burnt on the bottom and didn't cook much on top. I do not recommend this oven at all! I will be sending it back, very dissapointed.
