Great dishwasher for a good promo price. Works well. Downside is that the tub is plastic, but doesn't seem to impact its performance.

So far the dishwasher has been great we replaced an older Whirlpool with a new Whirlpool.

It’s October and the dishwasher did a good job for 5 months. Now it has stopped working! It could be something small, but that doesn’t matter. My dishes are dirty, and no one needs this aggravation from something that was recently purchased. I saw reviews stating theirs had broken after they bought it, but I bought it anyway. I wish I had paid more attention to those reviews. Now I have to call Whirlpool and hope they can fix it in a timely manner. I don’t appreciate this inconvenience at all. Has to be a piece of junk to break so soon!!

We have had this dishwasher a year and a half and it has NOT worked more than it has worked. We have had to call service, paying $50 deductible each time, unless the call is close enough to the last service call where they then determine it’s the same issue. In otherwords, 8 calls with 3 showing that’s it’s been called on. Makes no sense to me and what also makes no sense is the parts they keep ordering have cost double or more what a new dishwasher would cost. Don’t forget during the months of a non working dishwasher we are doing dishes by hand. Hopefully it’s a one time thing with just our dishwasher and no one else is having these issue. Two good thing is that when it works it is quiet and they can get parts for it which is more than you can say for insignia.

Pump gave out 14 month $150 then the whirlpool service man gave me est. of $515 to fix it. What a waste of money. will not be buying whirlpool again wast.
