I was not in the market for a fridge until my old one died unexpectedly. I was really thrilled to find this side by side (my favorite design) in a Whirlpool (my favorite brand) at a great price because it was an open box item. The tag on it said no damage and no missing parts. When it was delivered, I discovered a missing glass shelf. Best Buy ordered a replacement and paid for it without any hassle. That's why I buy from them.

My last refrigerator was a nightmare. Even though it was supposed to be frost free, I defrosted it 3 times in 4 months. It was replaced once but was still a lemon as far as I'm concerned. This new fridge is fabulous, quiet and efficient and has a lot of room in it. In plain words, we love it.

For the most part, I'm enjoying my new fridge. It's spacious, and has adjustable door shelving which can hold quite a bit including a gallon of milk. My only complaint, and it's not really a complaint is that this fridge is on the nosier side when it's making ice. I can even hear when the water is being run into the freezer unit. At first I thought it was leaking, I kept hearing water running or dripping. I got used to it though and don't even notice it anymore. The other item I should mention it that it lacks a deli meat drawer. I really miss that feature! Other than that, it runs great, it's well-lit, and spacious.

Samsung can't go wrong with anything they make. Loved the design, color, very roomy. Definitely not a cheap device but like always you want something good, you gotta pay. Well worth it's price!

We upgraded from a very basic smaller refrigerator without an ice maker. Love having ice and water in the door. We use bottled water for drinking but may stop. The filter in this refrigerator does a nice job of removing the offensive taste and smells present in our tap water. Love the shelves in the door. They hold tons of stuff and adjust to fit anything I have tried to put in them. I am pleased with this purchase.

LOVE everything about this refrigerator and wish we had found it sooner! The best buy literally you can make and for a great price too! Whirlpool is the way to go as far as we are concerned.

Not an expensive frig, but seems to be good. Plenty of space for tall and short items. Would be nice to have one more drawer.

Heck Of a buy Best buy slidell and korri jones along with ed vinot are truly amazing and very knowledgeable on thier products.

We bought a floor model and were told nothing was wrong with it, but on delivery we noticed one of the wheels was damaged. Had we known that we wouldn't have bought it, but it's an extra fridge for us and we dont want to go through the hassle of returning, etc.. The wheel is basically dented in and locked up now. To be fair, we have not brought it up with best buy yet, but will. they usually try to be fair in past dealings with them which is one of the reasons we buy our appliances from Best Buy. The Athens, GA store is always well run and staff are helpful.

Great value for the price. I choose this model for the energy efficiency and the Whirlpool reputation..The one I replaced was 14 years old same model.....

First of, I like the price of this refrigerator, compared with the nice and similar features with other competitors. It is a best fit for any small family, who would like to enjoy a great service especially in summer and all year long. The freezer section is a bit smaller, but I believe if you do your groceries for frozen products more selectively and limited then this may be not a concern. Overall, this refrigerator is a great buy for the price.

Great fridge, two lights makes it possible to see everything. Great price. The only thing I would change is the opening for ice / water could be a little bigger.

I love having a double door standing fridge and freezer it works great except that the factory didn't test it so my ice maker was broken and it has been over a month and i keep getting the run around to get it fixed even though i paid for the extra everything warranty but other than that I'mhappy it.

Overall it is a good buy for its functionality. The ice maker is great because it has the option for crushed ice or cubed ice. It is quiet.

I like everything about this side by side refrigerator from price to less noise level, fast ice. HOWEVER I do wish it had the 3rd. Deli drawer.

We are a family of 5 in a small NY apartment. Fits well, more than enough space and looks really good in our kitchen. Can't beat the price for such good quality.
