This washer is great. I’ve gone through 2 washers in the last five years and have paid around one thousand a piece and this machine does a better job and paid a third of the cost. Really like this washer.

Well, for the price you can beat it, but man it is loud. We only wash during the day. I feel like its the Washer/Dryer from Mr. Mom movie and that its going to walk to you.

We’ve only had this washer for a couple months but it has been working great, no issues. Whirlpool has been a dependable brand for us so far. Best Buy also had it fairly priced.

This is a special order product. It’s not top of the line nor is it just a basic model. It has many bells and whistles. Several automatic features and it does a great job. Mine came with a dent but Best Buy knocked another 85 dollars off making an already Black Friday deal even better.

I really like this washer. I wanted to get a washer with an agitater because I feel like it gets the clothes cleaner and I found this one on sale so it was perfect.

I didn't want to shell out big money for a replacement washer. Whirlpool makes an excellent product. For the price this has all of the functions I'd want to make sure I get maximum life out of my clothes. A good washer for a small family without a doubt.

Do not buy this washer (WTW4816..). The washer looked fine, but cannot be properly leveled/balanced. During spin, the washer nearly jumps across the room. I've leveled washers before, and this one is impossible! Washer makes a lot of noise. Temperature selection is broken. Washer always fills to max, not sensing load size properly. This machine needs to be re-engineered. Run away! I would never recommend this machine.

The washing machine runs great. It is not loud and has just the right amount of features to do a variety of loads. A great value for the price.

It is hard to get used to something new after you've had a washer for 10 years, but overall, we are happy with the performance of this washer. It was a great deal for the money. It has a large capacity and is pretty quiet when in operation. Our clothes come out clean with no damage and that is the whole point. It was a smooth shopping transaction and we will be back.

Great for a person just starting out in buying a home or apartment. I tend to have an issue with the Liquid Fabric Softener. It clogs from time to time and I have to put hot water in to flush it out. It also doesn't always use all of the liquid Softener leaving a residue. I dilute my softener and still have this problem. Other than that, everything else runs great.

Great W/D set for a decent price, worth the buy. The dryer is a little bit loud, but closing the door to the laundry mutes it out well.

I bought the washer And matching dryer after some research, the advice of a friend who purchased these machines, and solid advice from the store rep. They are perfect for my needs. I have always preferred a top load washer with full size agitator. Does an amazing job so far. Guys who did delivery and install went above and beyond. Great overall experience.

The washer replaced my 17 year old Kitchenaid. This Whirlpool has a lot more features than my old machine. So far it works good. Hoping that all the sensing devices will not fail too early and it will last as long as my old machine.

I got my first machine and it had some problems, so I called the person I bought it from and he said no problem. We will bring out a new one asap. So when I got the new machine I asked the young man to show me more things about the machine and he was very helpful. If the machine gets unbalanced all you do is hit the stop/paus button once. It will unlock and you can rearrange the clothes and then hit start again and the machine is fine. I also learned that the causal settings has a slower spin cycle which I like. So I do like the machine as it really cleans my clothes. I hated the machines without an agitator. With this machine you just have to learn how to operate it for the best outcome.

We manage many properties and have tried most. We have found that this one, for the price does the job, and does it well!
