Perfect for my clothes to wash nice and clean. Great washer

Have always had Whirlpool washers and dryers. Mine broke so needed a new one-this was the closest to the Ultimate Care model I had. Pretty noisy, won't fill with the lid open so I have to open and close it multiple times while tossing in a few things at a time. Dislike that it locks. Pretty noisy operation. Don't like the auto water level sensor.Maybe others are less picky than me but I loved the Ultimate care washer I had.

This washer is not worth a dime. It is suppose to have auto sensing for the water level based on the amount of clothing you are washing but it doesn't, it only has two levels, almost full washer and deep water, which is at capacity and this was verified by the company when the repair man came out to my home. He was told that it only fills to two levels, doesn't matter how much clothing is in the machine, because that is how it was programed. I called customer service at Whirlpool to complain that when I just wanted to rinse my bathing suit, that the washer filled almost to the top. Her comment back to me "Well I wouldn't have rinsed just one bathing suit". I wonder if she wanted me to rinse the neighborhood's bathing suits? I can also verify that it doesn't sense anything because by mistake I started the washer and got distracted and never put any clothing in to be washed. It still filled with water and went thru the process of washing when there was no clothing in the machine. This machine wastes more water than saves water when doing laundry, if you are one person who doesn't have a lot of clothing to wait to wash large loads. So look at another washer, this washer you will cost you more to use then other models made by other companies. I am so disappointed with this washer, which I have always bought whirlpool or Maytag washers, that I will never buy another product made by whirlpool including KitchenAid, Maytag because if they lie about this product, I am not trusting them with other products. Once again, look at another product if you don't have a need to wash large loads.

So far so good, easy to use, simple controls and setting.

Washer is easy to use, and not at all intimidating to use

This is the third time I've bought this appliance (previous house, sons apartment, and now another house). Easy to use and does a good job without a lot of fuss or high end feature to make life complicated. A good value.

Our old washing machine was going out and we needed a new one. We have 4 kids and didnt want to spend a fortune on an everyday needed item so we decided on practicality. Great choice. Gets the job done. Very satisfied.

I have not been able to use this washing machine because I had an accident after it was delivered. My son has used it and does not have a problem. It is easy to use and does a good jog with cleaning the clothes.
