I recieved this rangehood as an upgrade because the one i had ordered was out of stock but i am glad they gave me this one. I do thing the turn-knobs could of been a lot sturdier. The edges look straight as it is stainless steel and not that thick. Suction is perfect not to loud which is always a good thing

Great looking hood for the price. But was very disappointed that it didn't come with a power cord. Best buy doesn't even sell power cords for them. It doesn't tell you online when you buy it that it doesn't come with one!

Whirlpool claims that the hood can be installed by ONE person. They LIE! Sure, one person could install it, if that person had THREE hands. Also, removing the protective film is a tedious, frustrating process. The hood fits the 30" space designated, and seems to work OK. It is replacing one of those over-the-range microwave ovens with a vent grill on the underside, which didn't work worth a darn. Because this hood can be installed as a ductless unit, outside venting is not required, but you have to order, and pay extra for, the correct filter to replace the one supplied with the hood.

Nice range hood. Has a bunch of different punch out pieces if you are going to run a vent.

Have not been able to use the product as installation was not completed even after several phone calls. Paid for installation but had to have my son from out of state complete the project for me when he came to visit. Be careful paying for installation services with Best Buy.

Excellent quality easy to install and easy to use and looks very attractive

I love how this fits in my new kitchen. It's the only whirlpool appliance but matches well with the other stainless steel appliances. Works great, too!

This is a very affordable range hood that does two things: It removes airborne grease, combustion products, fumes, smoke, heat, and steam from the air by evacuation of the air and filtration; and provides additional light to the stovetop. What more do you need?

Looks great. Easy to install. This replaced an existing range. Have not had a chance to really use. Cant wait to get the new stove to go with it.

Really nice hood works great and looks really nice

this can be either vented outside or into the kitchen. It did take two men to install it, but it works great. The fan is not too loud and the light has two settings.

The range was relatively easy to install. It has two speeds and two levels of light. We needed a strong exhaust as it is above our gas range, which is a strong heat source. We are pleased with its performance and would recommend it!

The hood is very quiet unlike the clunker it replaced. Best Buy’s price was 40% lower than any one else.

I wish I would have shopped around. This vent a hood is basic and the light when on gets extremely hot. And it blows out the top slats when on instead of through our exhaust pipe. Not happy with it.
