It was difficult finding a vent hood that matched my other appliances and had the visual appeal that I wanted instead of the traditional hard angles and edges. Vent works well and is very quiet, and the light is bright enough to assist over the stove top.

revamping the kitchen and the new hood looks great. the fan is a bit weak, but works ok for pulling any smoke away from the stove. it is not vented externally so a more powerful fan isn't that useful. I have it more for cosmetic purposes.

This product meets all of my expectations for what it is. I got it on sale and really couldn't ask for more. It has a light and sucks up all the smoke from my stovetop. It's not shiny but it's nice looking. It's a very simple design.

Its fan speed is so low. It doesn’t suction air . We have to pen windows when cooking. It looks inside ugly, It seems like missing parts. Its is useless product . Whirlpool should stop making this type of product.

This opened box item on the most part was very nice looking. When it was installed, only the lights worked. So sad. I did pay the difference for a replacement with a new one instead, which is being delivered Wednesday.

Great purchase to finish out our new stove. Fan is quiet and I got a 75w LED bulb and it gives off great lighting. Easy to install

Fan strength comparative to basic range hood. Main reason to buy is if you're looking to get a range hood that looks a little cooler than the basic mid range hood and you don't want to spend a bunch. I bought it on sale for 140, not sure how much more than that I would have paid

I am not a fan at all. The saying you get what you pay for is definitely true. The best thing about this cover is the light and maybe the fan. I purchased this one to replace the old one since I purchased a stove, and the old one was a bit wore. This one has no undercover, so whatever you cook, but especially if you’re cooking with olive or coconut oil, the mist gets on everything including the flimsy bulb cover, the bulb, and the whole undercarriage. The filter is this a mall scrub pad looking item ... Interesting.... I am not sure if it functions properly because most times, I don’t know that the fan is on... it is so quiet. You will need to clean this thing often which is difficult based on how it is made. My old one had two giant filters that covered the whole bottom portion of the cover. You could pull them out, wash them, and put them back into the slots easily. I would have returned this one, but it was already installed, and my hubby was searing salmon... :-/

Easy to install, I like the minimal looks, and it's really quiet, which means it doesn't move much air, and for me, that's okay.

I purchased the hood and a cooktop at the same time. It was for a rental property and I could not be more happy with the final outcome. Easy to install, Looks are great and the price was great.

Hood looks very nice in my kitchen. Shape of the hood looks great between my cabinets. The sound of the fan is very quiet on both settings. The light is very bright.
