Cools the room real fast. Easy to install. Simple to operate. Energy efficient. Need a very small screw driver to open remote control.

We moved from a home with central air, to a home with out and as the reviews weren’t the best, this works amazing for the area we used it in.

I purchased 2 of these units around this time last year. Once of them stopped working within 90 days and I had to fight with the warranty folks to have it replaced - it took 4 months to get the replacement unit and they refused to pay to have the defective unit removed and the new unit installed. The 2nd unit purchased last year quit working today. I will NEVER buy anything allegedly built by Whirlpool again!

Worked for 3 summers. Only used it at night in a bedroom. Always made noise as fan tried to spin the condensation out of the housing. Did a decent of job of cooling for the 3 summers it worked.
