Im really enjoying my new whirlpool washer. Loving the large capacity. My last whirlpool was much smaller so im taking advantage of less washing loads.

Was not sure I would like this new type of washing machine and this was the first time I bought display/out of box item. I think I am going to like the washer, as Whirlpool is a good appliance brand. Thank you,

Great washer. I love the detachable agitator. I was looking for a washer that was simple enough for me but still has many features. This is it! Very happy with this purchase.

Purchased in June of 2022, less than a year later (March 2023), it started making unbearable grinding noises (similar to a blender) on an intermittent basis while going into the spin cycle. My suspicion is the cluch was grinding as i have knowledge of the operation of appliances being a former appliance repair technician When scheduling Whirlpool warranty service i was concerned that it would not happen when the tech was looking at it so i recorded the noice when it happened to show the tech. Great! Unfortunately, when the tech came he didnt care (warranty service was performed by G&G appliance repair, Whirlpool's authorized service repair compamy for my area). Other than looking at the protective cover under the machine, he did not dive any deeper than that as it wasn't presently an issue. Additionally, the tech insinuated that the machine was being overloaded causing the noise. I said, IF that was the case, why does it happen during the "clean washer" setting with no clothes in it? He didnt care. If i was the technician, i would have at least taken off the transmission pully to see if there is shavings from the clutch grinding and it would only have taken 5 minutes. He was more interested in implying it was being overloaded as he couldn't duplicate the issue. So now, I'm stuck with a 8 to 9 month old appliance that I'll be forced to fix myself.

Gets rhe laundry done well. Not as noisy as my last machine. Reallly like the glass top and the controls are straightforward.

It could have been better if it’s a little bit quieter. But so far so good.

The removable adjatator is what I thought was a must have as soon as I saw it. Works great for blue jeans and if you take the adjatator out Works great for blankets and quilts.

This washing machine is amazingly great. Very quiet clothes come out, clean and dry see-through window can ask for more.

We have had this washing machine for two months and have not had any problems. It works well.

wash really good but doesnt have timer but i def recommend it

I didn't realize that you have no place to put the fabric softener. They want you to stop the cycle and add it. I don't have the time to pay attention to the washing machine. I'm getting a fabric softener ball to take care of the issue.

Top tier ! Would 100% recommend to everybody, I went to 4 different stores for this set because of the removable agitator. MAKE THE PURCHASE WONT BE LET DOWN
