We had this washer for exactly two years and it completely broke. Needs $200-300 in parts. Not going to be fixing. Dirt and crap gets built up really bad underneath removable agetator cap. Its not worth it.

The delivery drivers when they took it out, the washer had a dent in the lower left side. Makes a lot of noise while washing but I guess it will do. Waiting for the dryer hopefully arrives soon

I purchased a Washer & Dryer set on 4/5/25 at The Coconut Point Store in Estero, Florida. The merchandise was on 4/9/25. The delivery was done. They came in took the machines and were gone in about 35 minutes. Later I realized that the dryer was not checked for content. I went to the store the morning of 4/14/25, trying to find where the dryer was or its contents. At that time, I spoke to Javon C, a manager who said that he wasn’t sure, but he believed that the picked-up machines were sent to Miami. I asked him to check further.
Since I had not heard from him by 4/17/25 I returned to the store and spoke to Josh A another manager. He assured me that Javon would reach out to by 4/22/25. On 4/24/25 I returned to the store and spoke to Staci D another manager. She assured me that issue would be resolved and that she would escalate the issue to the LPR department. On 5/2/25 I spoke with Hunter another manager at the store and he told me that he would look into it and get back to me. On 5/15 I called Hunter again and he told me a new store manager was in place and he would discuss with him and call me back that day. On 5/20/25 I called and left a message for Hunter requesting a call back.
What appalls me the most is the complete lack of customer service and follow through by this store and its management team. It is difficult for to comprehend that the 4 managerial people that I have dealt with at the store have NEVER call me back. I assume that as an individual customer I have no value. My local Best Buy was more compassionate in trying to provide help and answers, but to seem to receive the same response.

Great washing machine. Removable agitator is a great option. Working very well so far. No complaints, no issues. Didn't have to spend $1000+ for a good washer.
