I had to choose wisely. I love ❤️ my washer. It gives me the option to prewash a stain without going to a sink, another option is I can fill my washer with water if needed for certain loads, at the end of the spin cycle my clothes are almost dry so it takes very little time in the the dryer. And the depth of the Tub is just right for us short people.

I loved this machine to begin with, it has a removable agitator for blankets and bulky items. Within 2 years it started having a hard grinding sound while agitating. I had a whirlpool mechanic come to look at it and he said it would cost $600 to fix. The gears were broken for being “overloaded”. I’ve been doing laundry for years, I can’t recall a load that would have been considered too large. Especially when it is advertised to remove the agitator for larger items as a selling point. I paid $649 for it new. Nothing is covered because the warranty is expired now. Best Buy delivered this item and they were awesome. The machine is not a good quality machine.

I haven’t had this washer for a year and now it doesn’t drain the water. I regret buying the washer. It’s made holes on clothes, very loud, and doesn’t wash like the older ones. So disappointing I can’t get someone to assist. What a waste!!!

Washer is so easy to set up. Two quick press of buttons and your done. Average 25/30 min washes

I don’t suggest purchasing this or any appliance from Best Buy. I have been without a washer for going on a month because they “can fix it”. This is out of control. There is no reason to purchase a warranty when you will be forced to take off work multiple times just for your appliance to never be fixed or replaced. I have spoke to many agents that “understand my frustration and feel horrible” but are doing nothing to rectify the situation. Total waste of time and money and I will make sure every person I speak to and every review I can leave knows this. This machine is broken at one year and one month. That is completely unacceptable and I believe I was sold a faulty product. It was also serviced after about 3 months by whirlpool.

This seems to be a good washer. We like the removable aggitator and has worked well so far
