I have not actually received this product yet. Best Buy is holding it for me until I move into my new place at the end of January. Kuddos to them for letting me order on sale and holding until I am ready.

Does not wash well. Each I washed my clothes, the laundry detergent scent is all over the clothes. No option to choose the water level..low, medium, high, sensor fill(maximum). Had a bad experience with this washer.

Hooking it up wasnt hard at all, its basically plug and play.

It is a good machine and works very great, gets the job done.

I thought whirlpool was suppose to be a quality washing machine. I was mistaken. I had a Maytag for 32 years. They no longer make the parts to fix the problem I was having. The washer doesn’t drain and rinse. I have to power it off then restart it, set it to drain and rinse. It takes about 4 hrs to do 1 load. I did some research and the best washer to get is a LG. My best advice is due your own research. Everyone’s needs are different.

For a last minute choice due to a Necessity this turned out to be a great product. Outstanding quality that my mother loves.

I love my Best Buy purchase of the Whirlpool Top Load washer with the removable agitator. The glass top lets me see inside as the cycle to moving through. It is very efficient and quiet.

Best buy employees are very helpful and take the time to help resolve unforeseen issues.

not as powerful as most washers struggles with bigger items.

Quite loud. Inner basket tub is loose and moves whole washer on spinning cycle.

There is no place to add detergent or softner to your wash!!!! This is very OLD SCHOOL, why with technology today would you have to pour in your detergent on your clothes or set a timer to add softner to your water, who has time to listen for a rinse cycle. I would have never had this delievered if I knew it was like this

I need another washer. This washer is giving me lots of trouble. I want to exchange for another. I need to talk to someone immediately about this because i need another washer bad.i am sick and my husband too. I need another washer asap.

An excellent washer, we like that it has so many pre-set settings with the dial. Plus with the additional push buttons you can customize you wash load to fit your needs. The agitator is also removable so you can wash large bed covers.

I like the washer very much. I just wish there was a place to put the fabric softener in rather then using a Downey ball

The washer is good, but it would be better with a dispenser for the softerner.

I purchased this with the matching dryer. Great appliances. My only complaint on the washer is there isn't an alarm feature for when it's done. I should probably read the manual and see if there's one that's not obvious.

The machine works well sometimes sensor does not recognize small load and use more water.
