I am not impressed with this washer. I am using the same detergent that I used in my old machine (it is the recommended brand), but it definitely does not clean my clothes as well as my old machine. I always use the deep water fill now and it still doesn’t clean as well as I had hoped.

Somewhat complicated for use the first time. It seems to use too little water to properly rinse clothes. Because of the deficiency in rinse ability, I would not consider using fabric softener.

This is a great purchase! Washes clean. Washes large loads.

Unfortunately, water is filled after you put your detergent and your clothes in the washer. That means your clothes may be stained due to detergent. It would be great if water were filled first just like its older versions.

Actually, ZERO stars! I have literally nothing good to say about this washing machine. I am also SO disappointed in Best Buy as I was told they would call me back about my concerns but that never happened. The install tech told us we had 30 days to work with it and return if not satisfied. When I called I was told that it was only fifteen days..which of course had already passed. I am continuing to look for work arounds for this “smart technology machine” that cause me nothing but grief. For example, the user guide suggests using the deep water mode” to avoid white residue on dark clothing! I use that, but also need to use the faucet option to be able to dilute my soap properly as there is no soap or fabric softener dispenser and the machine in normal mode locks as soon as the water begins dispensing. However, then, when I close the lid and start the machine, it starts draining the water! Also, forget about using laundry sheets, they won’t get enough water to properly disintegrate. I have never been so frustrated trying to use a washing machine.
