Washer was not new couldn't exchange

Shakes and some slight noise ticking. I called for exchange before the 15 day deadline and was leaving town and told the representative that I would schedule a pickup when I came back and missed this deadline by 3 days. I like this washer seems to work well in washing. My last whirlpool I had for 20yrs hopefully this one can. If there's anything I can do to replace it for the same one I still would.

Whirlpool 2 in1 washing machine

I' m very pleased with my whirlpool 2 in 1 washing machine.
