Best Buy is holding it for me until I move into my new place at the end of January. Kuddos to them for letting me order on sale and holding until I am ready.

Each I washed my clothes, the laundry detergent scent is all over the clothes. No option to choose the water level..low, medium, high, sensor fill(maximum). Had a bad experience with this washer.

I was mistaken. I had a Maytag for 32 years. They no longer make the parts to fix the problem I was having. The washer doesn’t drain and rinse. I have to power it off then restart it, set it to drain and rinse. It takes about 4 hrs to do 1 load. I did some research and the best washer to get is a LG. My best advice is due your own research. Everyone’s needs are different.

The glass top lets me see inside as the cycle to moving through. It is very efficient and quiet.

My only complaint on the washer is there isn't an alarm feature for when it's done. I should probably read the manual and see if there's one that's not obvious.

The rinse cycle, sprayed water into the tub while spinning, the tub never filled with water to rinse laundry, just kept spinning. The rinse water just sprayed into the tub but never onto the clothes, then just drained and that was it. The clothes didn't get to rinse off the detergent completely. No Fabric Dispenser. Not able to select water levels and during a small load it barely filled with water. Agitator did not completely move clothes around. Just very disappointed and returned this washer.

Things I didn't realize I had to check for.

The manufacturer recommends that you purchase a Downey Dispenser Ball. They do not work! There is no way to rinse your clothes before washing them. The agitator can be removed.
