Needed a washer real quick and this was a great price. Works great! I just wish there was a timer to see the cycle time.

I wish I didn't buy this washer. Nothing work right, it takes hours to do 1 load of laundry, and there are a lot of manual tasks that you need to do, like prevent it from soaking for hours, rewash clothes because the Tide pods did not suds up during the wash cycle, I have to change the cycle to get it to drain and spin, horrible machine. The ability to control when to add the detergent and fabric softener has been taken away by the locking kid, which you can release by stopping the cycle but the problem is that there is no rinse indicator, so there is no way to know when to add the softener. It's also very loud. Don't waste your money.

So, so happy with the machine and the service. I recommend Best Buy and the Whirlpool machine to my friends and neighbors.

top loading does not tangle the clothes up the way my previous front loading machine did .able to manage different washing needs well with the options

Bought this to replace the one that came with our home 17 years ago. The only drawback is the drum is very deep, great for washing, but not so for shorter people. This is a great machine.

Decent washing machine but lacks essential necessities like fabric softener dispenser. They don’t make the downy balls anymore so what is one supposed to do? Agitator doesn’t do much either.

I like this washer, but I wish I would have realized the agitator is nothing but a gimmick. It does nothing toove the clothes around in the washer. I do like the glass top, and it spins the clothes much dryer than the washer it replaced.

Such a disappointment. This washer only worked for about 2 weeks before causing us problems. It would sound like a engine was in our garage anytime we tried washing clothes

Loudest washer I have ever heard. Also, washer has no detergent or softener dispenser. Kind of funny for a modern washer.

I’d rather have my 30 year old washer back. These new efficient washers suck. I took out the agitator put a comforter in and when it was done the middle of the comforter still has soap on it and was powder dry. Had to hand wash it in sink cause my new fancy washer can’t wash it. Does ok on clothes if you don’t like them rinsed thoroughly and you want to add another rinse cycle. Glass top is super thin and flimsy. Motor makes all kinds of noises I’d be shocked if it lasts more than a couple months.

My perfect in every way washer was delivered very quickly and has been doing a great job washing my clothes ever since!
