Nightmare

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This washer breaks down in a few weeks and the manufacture keep sending technicians 4 times over 2 months with different parts, but they cannot figure out what the problem is. The manufacturer will not replace the machine and we have been living without a washer for TWO MONTHS. Of course BEST BUY don’t want to deal with this, so do not bother calling them. BEST BUY reps told me that they will call back every time (3 times) I called, but they don’t call you back. That is how they push you away.

Issues with New Whirlpool

Weird sensors

If you select drain and spin it will occasionally add more water and start a new cycle even though the power has been cycled and drain spin is selected. It spends time with it s sensors but it is wasted because they seem to cause more issues than they solve. The dryer in the set works well. The washer is brand new and unreliable however.

My old $400 washer did a better job.

Does not have anywhere to put fabric softener. We placed 1 queen comforter inside an barely noticed any movement during the wash cycle.
