Don't waste your money

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The washer works, but was not balanced, and shakes,i already filed a critique, was hoping there would be a follow up technician to help remedy, i have not used it since i purchased it , for fear of damaging it, the delivery people started the machine and then left thats when i noticed the shaking, Best Buy has been my go too store for many years,and i hope for more to come
