Love it!

The agitator easily comes out and goes right back it. The faucet has been a great and well used feature. When we pull clothes out, the water was so well spun out that the dry time has decreased compared to what our old washer could do.

Washer bought on 3/19 - stll not delivered.

I was called the day before and informed that the driver's partner was sick and delivery had to be rescheduled. The first available date was April 10! I agreed to the delivery date. On the weekend before the April 10 date, I was called and informed that that delivery had to be rescheduled again - the reason being that the washer had to be sent from one warehouse to another one closer to me. The date for delivery is now April 16 - 3 WEEKS after the original scheduled date, I informed the customer advocate that if the washer is not delivered on that date, I will cancel the order. I am a Total Plus Member - I will cancel my card, never buy another thing at Best Buy.

Broken circuit board broke in less than 2 years

It was nothing we did wrong and washing machine would be fine with a new one but that costs roughly around $350-$400. Best Buy nor Whirlpool would do anything about it. Best Buy wanted $179 just to come out and diagnose it.

Thankfully Whirlpool did not charge me. Still having problems with the spin cycle on bulky items. I do not use the agitator for these. I will not buy Whirlpool again which has been my go to for several years. I have been told by friends and a repairman to buy LG.

The agitator did not wash clothes, the clothes stayed in one place. I poured oxi clean on top of clothes and the oxi clean stayed on top of clothes until end of cycle. So disappointing, because it took me along time to make decision. Unfortunately i'm returning after 2 days.
