Not sure if installed improperly or if it’s just the washer.. I did read some reviews stating this issue but I thought I would take a chance.. I advise u not to take that chance.

Tried countess ways to get my clothes smelling and coming clean. Many different detergents and products. Many different machine cycles and timing to put in products. Sad I missed my return window by 1 day. Please make sure no one else spends their money on these! I don't have the money to buy something that works now. Thought about sending in a photo of me crying; that probably won't make me able to have a washing machine that works either though.
