Next day won't even attempt to wash. No audible noise. No place for detergent or softener. Only 2 decent options are removable agitator and faucet feature. But then again I never had a chance to actually use it. Returned the next day. Do not buy.

After 5 weeks of whirlpool replacing parts, they still would not approve a replacement machine. Whirlpool’s warranty is terrible. They make faulty machines that break after two months.

The towel cycle on this is amazing and towels come out so soft. The ability to remove the agitator in order to wash comforters, etc., is another plus, along with the facet feature.

I don't think it washes the clothes all that great, it does not have a spot for fabric softener dispenser so I had to run out and look for a downy ball and again the top on this machine slants down so you can't keep anything on top of it. My mistake I should have gone to look at it before I purchased it.
