Nice washer, nothing really fancy. But the removable agitator is the feature that we really wanted. It's fairly quiet too.

Save yourself the headache!

Do not buy this model. I’ve had for 8 months and have had nothing but problems. It doesn’t want to wash anything heavier than a pair of socks. Save yourself some time and money!

Spots on the inside tub

Not a fan of rhe water saving feature, as it leaves some of the clothes with extra soap. Additionally, there are spots left on the tub splashed water. Makes it look dirty.

Worst purchase ever

Worst purchase , there is no where to add downy to your wash . You have to run and try not to miss when it’s time to add it. I would not recommend this washer my only regret is not taking it back when I had the chance . I paid a lot of money for it too. I also have to use deep water and extra rinse not to have stains of soap residue

The delivery guys damaged the washer they delivered by dropping it on the right front corner. Then they left without saying anything. They just said that they leveled it the best they can. Now you can't level the machine. I will never by anything from Bedt Buy again that needs dilivering.

It shakes do much that it moves around. It is extremely loud. It is not good for laundry pods. I never see soap.

Washer Whirlpool open box purchase

Unfortunately, the washer did not work, and it was the second machine!!
This mean I had already returned the first one that did not work either.
It appears the verification of open box or used product is not really done to the detail required.
On top I did not get the delivery fee back even although the washer was returned
I have had in the past a very good experience with Best Buy, but this time was totally bad and expensive in time and money.

It sucks. It's a year and 5 months old and went out on me. Of course conveniently past the warranty. It kept getting confused on whether there were clothes in it and then last night it spun my clothes for three hours. (I'm a busy mom used to the sound of the washing machine) by the time I noticed my clothes looked like they had been through a tornado. Now it won't start up this morning.

Seems to wash fine so far.

Never again Whirlpool

I purchaed this in July and had it delivered in early August. It stopped working in mid November. It is now January 4th and im still stuck without a washer. I've literally spent more than 3 hours just on hold with customer support (stretch of the imagination calling it that) just to be told to wait longer. I am seriously ready to toss the set and start over.

Better hope doesn't come in damaged

Came in damaged and I have yet to be able to get a Best Buy person to reschedule replacement for this. The CUSTOMER needs to keep calling and after 3 days and 4 hours I still do not have an answer. This is a horrible process that needs to be corrected
