It’s very quiet and runs must quicker cycles then my old one. Fingers crossed that this is a winner for years to come.

Wastes water and doesn’t clean considering the amount of water it uses. I intend to trade it in for a different machine ASAP. Replaced a Maytag front loader. Nothing to compare it to that machine. Doesn’t clean as well on any cycle. I guess a front loader is hard to beat.

"NO RINSE" indicator

This machine does not have a dispenser and does not have a rinse cycle indicator. The fix "a Downey ball" does not work. We took this machine back to the store.

After 4 months of only washing small loads of BABY Clothes it breaks. None of the parts are available to fix it and the repair companies contracted from Whirlpool do not know what theyre doing. Now i have a broken washer and a mismatched Dryer if i buy a different brand. Never buy this piece of junk

Washer locks and won’t stop spinning or turn off without unplugging. Multiple warranty repairs with the same issue.

You can't stop and unlock lid during wash if you want to add more detergent. It wobbles awfully with large loads. The regular wash is extremely long Not happy with this washer

This said salesman signed me up for a CC I didn't want. I askedhim 5 timesif this was a CC and he said NO! So from now on I will avoid Best Buy cancel this CC
