My first wash of clothes the wash was not complete. It noted “done,” but their was a medium level of water soaking all the clothes.

VERY UNHAPPY WITH WHIRLPOOL WASHER AND SERVICE

WHIRLPOOL HAS SENT A REPAIRMAN AND HE WAS UNABLE TO FIX IT AND NOW I AM WAITING AGAIN FOR A SECOND SERVICE CALL!!!! I WANT RID OF IT AND I WANT IT REPLACED IMMEDIATELY!!!!

I seems to be something electronic. Called the store and was told I would have to come in in person. I will be going there today and not looking forward to it.

I tried 3 different times to wash bedding . Each time washer went off balance multiple times . I had to keep opening the washer and rearranging everything .

The manual suggests getting a Downey ball. Have not found one yet. The other suggestion is to manually pour it in. The lid locks. It is very hard to find the time in the cycle that allows fab softener to be poured. I love the washer otherwise. Considering returning it.
