I purchased this stove on Apr. 11th and received it Sept. 3rd after being rescheduled 3x. The burners heat up pretty fast. The oven takes a little longer to heat up compared to old model but cooks evenly for time needed. Make sure to clean grease splatters with soapy dishcloth and go back over it with microfiber cloth to avoid streaks for clean smooth surface.

I had two knobs missing and was told by the technician and customer service on the phone, while he was there that and order was placed for them, and I could also check in store and they said it was sold as is. I very dissatisfied, because they gave me a run around.

Theres nothing best buy could do since i didnt buy the additional warranty. I always though highly of best buy but since this has happned to me I probably will not buy anymore appliances here.

Terrible oven

Casseroles come out cold in the middle. Bread doesn't rise correctly. It sucks.

THE SALESMAN WAS ADAMANT THAT THIS WOULD NOT HAPPEN, SO I WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE, FOUND THE SAME ITEMS FOR LESS, BOTH DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY.
