Second and third deliveries were cancelled the night before after I had taken off from work. Terrible communication. Its all noted when I called. Was due a credit or partial refund which never happened.

The grates on the burners are very attractive, because they cover the entire top of the range. They are much safer than the old ones that covered only the burners. I have cooked many meals on my new range, from eggs to lasagna. To conclude, i feel the price of the range was very reasonabl. Thank you Best Buy!

It makes no sense because you can burn your food in the process.
