I went to Best Buy started looking around and salesman asked if he could help me I told him what I wanted few minutes later I was done scheduled delivery they were on time

Up until today, I would not have given it that few stars. While the location of the broiler is bizarre, one practically has to lay on floor to use it, I was looking to replace my previous whirlpool without spending alot of money, so this fit the bill. I have noticed however, that when roasting at 425, the entire range gets so hot to the touch, as the vent is located just under the control panel. I saw now that above the whole width of the vent, the panel is all now yellow, where the heat completely discolored it. Since I am under warranty, as the range is 9 mos. old, I called Whirlpool and they sent repair person out. The repair person said this is common occurrence, which to me seems a design flaw as to either the vent location or the enamel. He told Whirlpool it is cosmetic and that my microwave is too low above it, trapping heat. My home was built in the mid 90's and the height is exactly as it was then. I called Whirlpool, asked what is height recommended, as nowhere in literature, they could not tell me and they said nothing can be done, even though the cosmetic issue is due to their appliance! So now, I guess I am to live with a white range turning dark yellow.

Landlord added this beautiful new stove to a gut renovation, and like my ex girlfriend, it got ugly over time after getting to know it. First the top grills are not level (makes for uneven cooking), and then they lose their black color (like a BBQ grill) so it never looks clean. Also, isn't accurate (as in medium is way too hot). But the kicker is, two years in (with minimal use as we eat out or order in a lot), all four burners simultaneously decided to start clicking to ignite, non stop, unplugged it plugged it back in, didn't help and, it doesn't have the serial number on the stove so we can't look it up, but they only have a one year warranty anyway so that's pointless. What happens next? A visit with $160 initial service charge. What a piece of trash.

Faulty igniter in these stoves

Loved the stove at first. It's a year and a half old and the igniter isn't igniting the oven. We need a new igniter. Pretty pathetic and cheap for a newer stove. Unless whirlpool covers this will never buy a whirlpool product again! Cheap

How is an oven not gonna come with the gas pipe tube . Makes no sense and if that’s the case you guys to add on the description that the tube isn’t included
