    Unfortunately my new Whirlpool oven was not working properly upon delivery, but after calling to report the problem, the Geek Squad quickly addressed the problem and the new stove arrived within the week. The new stove is amazing and I was very happy with the way Best Buy addressed and resolved the issue.

    This is the second GE Profile we’ve purchased (this one for my mother). Cooks great and the stove eyes power up quick. The only complaint is this model didn’t come with the ball bearing main rack. The controls and accessories work great, mom is putting it to good use.

    Just received this stove yesterday. The technician went through the basic instructions on operating the burners and the oven. Features are easy to read. Need to look at the manual to really checkout every thing that the stove can do.

    Product is too new to give a proper review. Have not had time to evaluate features. Not happy with the delivery. It was contracted out to third party, and delivery guys not very competent at all.

    So far so good. Boils water incredibly fast. Not sure I like how the middle knobs are oriented different from the outer knobs. I tend to find myself turning the burners on low when I want them on high

    Bought this oven to replace a Samsung convection oven that fried its control board. Samsung no longer supports that model even though it is 10-years old so I was forced to replace the oven. I thought I was getting the same features but I was wrong. The whirlpool model doesn't offer convection roast like the Samsung and, the temperature is definitely five or more degrees cooler than what is displayed.
